The Sedona Conference®
Our next Regular Season Conferences are on Antitrust Law & Litigation and Patent Litigation (click on the links under upcoming conferences for further information). Registration for our Regular Season Conferences is strictly limited to 45 participants per conference so that we can ensure a meaningful opportunity for candid and thought-provoking dialogue - the hallmark of The Sedona Conference®. A registration form can be downloaded by clicking on the "To Register" menu option on the left side of any page.

Our series of monthly webinars, “Voices from the Desert”, focus on timely topics and are offered both "live" and "on-demand". You will be able to listen by telephone, view PowerPoint slides, download relevant materials, and ask questions during a question-and-comment period. Online registration is now available by clicking on the “WGS Audio Update Series” menu option on the left side of any page.

The Sedona Conference® Institute (TSCI)

Working Group Series (WGS)
The Sedona Conference® Working Group Series is a series of think-tanks consisting of leading jurists, lawyers, experts and consultants brought together by a desire to address various "tipping point" issues in each area under consideration. We have Working Groups up and running in all three areas of our focus (antitrust law, complex litigation and intellectual property rights), and the output of our Working Groups is frequently submitted for peer review at our Regular Season Conferences, other legal education programs and otherwise. We created the Working Group Series Membership Program to allow all interested people to participate in the process through the provision of early input to Working Group drafts, and access to Member’s Only postings and Discussion Forums. See the Working Group Series page for more information on the WGS.

The Sedona Conference® Journal, Working Group Series, and Other Publications.
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide information and commentary of immediate benefit to the Bench and Bar, The Sedona Conference® publishes an annual Journal containing fifteen or so of the best selections from the written materials prepared for our Regular Season conferences in the areas of complex litigation (Spring), antitrust law and litigation (Fall), and patent litigation (Fall). The Journal is published every August, and is also available on both Westlaw and Lexis. In addition, and consistent with our mission to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way, Working Group output is posted for complimentary download for personal use (and by royalty-bearing license for reprints), both in a public comment form, and in a "final" version, to allow any interested person to potentially benefit from our efforts. Click on the "Publications" navigation bar on our website for further details and the copyright notice.

The Sedona Conference®
The Sedona Conference® is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights. Through a combination of Conferences, Working Groups, and the "magic" of dialogue, The Sedona Conference® seeks to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way. The Sedona Conference® succeeds through the generous contributions of time by its faculties and Working Group members, and is able to fund its operations primarily through the financial support of its members, conference registrants, and sponsorships. See "About Us," "Working Group Series," and "Sponsorships" for further details.
